WarHammer\user\settings\Martyrs Square\Sciber\Sciber\CMap in ModSettings.xml

The full map view is cut off at the bottom slightly how to fix?!

is it possible to see city level on the cmap because now i cannot see it and there is no way to find out if the city is lvl 1 or 5

It's impossible to open settings.
Both /cmap or /custommap commands aren't working.
