Simple coundown addon for scenarios and other things.

/countdown - 30s countdown
/countdown 7777 - 7777s countdown
/countdown end - toggle end of scenario countdown
/counddown header - toggle header
/countdown start - toggle scenario start countdown
/countdown size:max 100 - set the maximum size to 100
/countdown size:exponent 1 - set the scaling formular exponent
/countdown grace 2 - set the grace period for showing the last message to 2 seconds
