A dye preview addon. If you have LibSlash installed then you can just type /dye in chat to bring up the addon window. Alternatively, click on the icon added to the top-right of the character window.

Disclaimer: dye names are taken from the client's internal dye database and might not exactly match the names of the dye items in-game.
