Provides icons over group and warband.

Usage:

/groupicons [party/warband] [new/old] -- Sets the party or warband icons to the new or old versions
/groupicons [leader/assist] [show/hide] -- Shows or hides leader or assist icons.
/groupicons [scale] [number] -- Sets the scale of the icons.
