Opens a Draggable Window that shows Whispers , also a helpful mouse over telling what Class and Rank.
FIXED: Bit Annoying in ROR because all CSR Announcements pop in there as well.

WarWhisperer - Damit werden alle PNs in einem Fenster angezeigt, mit diversten Tabs für jede Person.

ein extra Fenster, das einem die Whisper die man bekommt, tabbed ausgibt, auch für andere Chat Channel möglich.
